Our obligation to our customers:

UNCOMPROMISING QUALITY
At the development stage, air springs go through numerous test procedures, some that span several days per examined product.

To deliver on our quality promise, we bench mark our data with the OE product.

An air spring is only approved for mass production after having passed various static and dynamic tests and have been found to perform equal to or better than the respective approval requirements.

HOT WATER VULCANIZATION
At our state of the art integrated manufacturing plant for suspension air springs, we utilize hot water vulcanization presses for manufacturing.

Differently from steam vulcanization, this method is very investment intensive and thus only utilized by a select few manufacturers.

What Determines Airsprings Quality;

QUALITY - PERFORMANCE - ECONOMY

PROCESSES
-

Vigorous quality controls.

DEVELOPMENT
-
OE equivalent in geometry and function.
-
Dynamic and static tests to ensure and exceed OE requirements.

MATERIAL
-
Harmony between the cord fabric and rubber.
-
Unwavering commitment to material quality.
-
Highest quality composite and steel components.

MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY
-
Hot-water vulcanization is a very rare vulcanization method due to very high initial investment required and its complexity. More homogenously vulcanized rubber, higher durability and life-span.

ECONOMY
-
High productivity factory: More units manufactured per press than any other competitor.
-
Vertical integration to control costs and quality.
