Last updated August 2026. These terms govern purchases from KGA Auto Parts Inc.

Wholesale, Business-to-Business Sales

KGA Auto Parts Inc. sells to businesses in the heavy-duty truck parts trade. Pricing and stock availability are shown only to approved account holders who are signed in. Submitting an order confirms you are purchasing for business purposes and not as a consumer.

Account Approval

Access to pricing requires an approved account. We may request business documentation, and a valid resale certificate where applicable, before an account is activated. We may decline or close an account at our discretion.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price applied is the one in effect at the time your order is accepted. We make every effort to keep pricing and product data accurate, but typographical and data errors occur; where an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we reserve the right to cancel the affected line and notify you before shipping.

Order Acceptance

An order placed on this website is an offer to purchase. It becomes binding when we accept and release it for fulfillment. We may decline an order, or reduce quantities, where stock is unavailable or where the order appears to be in error.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as agreed on your account. Accounts with credit terms are expected to remain current; we may place shipments on hold where an account is past due.

Title and Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer when goods are tendered to the carrier or, for will-call orders, when the goods are collected.

Product Information and Fitment

Cross-reference numbers, applications and specifications are provided as a guide to help identify a part and are believed accurate, but they are not a guarantee of fitment. The customer is responsible for confirming the correct part for the application before installation. Brand names and OEM part numbers are used for identification purposes only and do not imply that a part is an original equipment product or that we are affiliated with, or endorsed by, the OEM.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KGA Auto Parts Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, downtime, towing, labor or equipment rental, arising from the sale or use of any product. Our total liability on any claim will not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
